Atlantic City, NJ at the Resorts International Hotel Casino--as was the photo of Gia in red
at the table. (You may recall that Gia spent quite a bit of time in Atlantic City.) I am told that the model in the white fur is actually
Lisa Vale. The Resort photos were taken by Arthur Elgort. The hair is by Christiaan and make up by Ariella.
